I purchase a spool of their LU 5M27K LED COB strips. I called their [****] number several times and only reached a recorded msg. I finally left a detailed msg with my callback info and have not heard back. Because I did not hear back, I purchased my other needed supplies like Gel Filled Waterproof Wire Connectors at a competitor. This review is only about the customer No service. I have not yet connected the lights.
